This house has been built about 40 years ago and it is located in the center of the old Edo. It is a great power spot and the neighborhood is full of history.

You are also very close from the Sky tree, easy access to Ueno (Less than 15 minutes) or Akihabara.

The house is located only at a 6 minutes walk from the Nishiarai station.

There is a small garden where you can enjoy an afternoon tea. All the rooms and common areas have been remodeled. There is a fridge in each room, 2 toilets and a washer/dryer for all tenants. Convenience stores, supermarkets and department stores at 6 minutes from the house.
